The Royal Horseguards is a stunning 5 star hotel overlooking the River Thames, close to The Embankment and Trafalgar Square. The hotel has 282 bedrooms, restaurant, bar and terrace area as well as exceptional banqueting facilities at one of London's most prestigious conference and banqueting venues, One Whitehall Place.

The Role

To ensure that the needs of all Groups and M&E clients are met and exceeded from initial enquiry through the event to close of billing and follow up.

Responsible for getting the groups bookings to the contract stage before handing them to the group admin team

To actively promote the properties and maximise opportunities to sell meeting space, both through proactive selling and via exceptional customer service

  • Multi-skilled with an understanding of both M&E and Group business

  • Can demonstrate commercial awareness within the context of their role
