GLH Central Support Office

Our Support Office a modern office located close to Old Street and Barbican in central London. This friendly open plan office houses several of the key support functions including Sales, Human Resources, Marketing and Central Revenue. Conveniently located with great transport links the office is the London base for the back office functions of Guoman and Thistle.

The Role

Job Role glh hotels, London's biggest hotel owner-operator, have recently opened our brand new, purpose build Central Support Office, located between Old Street and Barbican and we are now looking for an Office Manager to join the team, to open the office at 7am each day and then take responsibility for the day to day running of our busy office. We're looking for a superb multi-tasker. You should be able to juggle welcoming visitors, booking rooms, liasing with external contractors, managing office supplier and supervising one part time receptionist, in short you will keep the office running smoothly. You will also be responsible for ensuring Health and Safety compliance and play an active role in the creation of creation of content, relating to office matters, our for monthly newsletter and intranet. Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong administrative and organisational background. You will also be highly organised, flexible and pro-active with excellent communications skills and good with computers and tech. You will remain calm under pressure and have excellent relationship building skills.
