The hotel's 801 bedrooms, restaurants, bars and 19 meeting rooms benefit from stunning views over Tower Bridge and St Katharine Docks.

The Role

  • Provides a warm welcome to anyone entering the Hotel.
  • Has an operational knowledge of all concierge / reception services and procedures.
  • To be multiscale across the front of house areas
  • Able to explain city activities and seasonal promotions in London
  • Be aware of all VIP reservations on arrival and in house and VIP visitors.
  • Ensure that all guest arrival and departure administrative functions are carried out correctly inclusive of luggage handling and safe storage.
  • Provide up to date general customer information, message acceptance and offer assistance and help at all times.
  • Ensure that any services posted to guest rooms are accurate and correct documentation is completed to audit standards.
  • Establish and maintain effective communications with the Guest Services Team and Front of House.
  • Comply with Data Protection and all related policies
  • Maintain effective security of keys - bedroom, safe and hotel and property - company, guests and personal.
  • Compiles the department logbook, recording all guest requests or needs and other appropriate details and report any guest incidents accordingly
  • Maintains close working relationships with the Front of House team in regards to guest requests and VIPs in house.
