The Thistle Trafalgar Square Hotel is located on a quiet side street right in the heart of London's West End. All 108 bedrooms at this four-star hotel have been recently refurbished and offer a great standard of comfort and style. In addition, the Royal Trafalgar has a ground floor restaurant which also benefits from a terrace so you can experience al fresco dining in the centre of London.

The Role

We are looking for Food and Beverage Managers who can achieve market leading results using innovation and entrepreneurial flair, who have a passion for excellence that will inspire their teams and delight their guests. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

As food and beverage manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of all elements of the F&B Operation within the hotel, including breakfast service, bar and lounge service, a la carte lunch and dinner and all conference, banqueting and functions. You will have ultimate responsibility for staff the recruitment, training and development of the team and will have accountability for engagement in your department.

You will be working to budgets and will be expected to plan and forecast future sales and revenue opportunities.
